Can I return my item if it doesn’t fit?

Absolutely! We do ask you to look at our measurment guide before ordering to prevent unnecessary returns. 
If you still want to return please keep in mind that the return cost are your own responsibility. Unless the return is because of a fault on our side.

You must return the product within 10 days

We only accept returns if the products are unworn and undamaged.

Once we received your return we will inspect the product to see if the product is in the same condition as when we sent it out . If so you will recieve your refund between 7-10 working.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply log in to your account and use the withdrawal/return request function on your order page.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirmation. You must then return the items within 14 days of notifying us. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

All products sold by Fluffing Fabulous must conform to their description and be fit for purpose. If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can resolve the issue.
