How much is shipping? 

United Kingdom - Royal Mail First second class £2.90 delivery aim: 2 working days after dispatch 

Europe - DPD direct tracked £7.50 delivery aim: 5 working days after dispatch

International - DPD direct tracked - £15 delivery aim: 6-7 working days after dispatch

Europe Customs and tax charges 

European Shipments:

EU customers will not need to pay additional customs charges and/or import VAT on orders under €150, including shipping.*

For orders over €150, it is the receiver's responsibility for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
The carrier will contact you via email or phone for payment before the parcel is delivered.

International customs and tax charges 

We provide the shipping information and cost from our side but we are not responsible for any custom or tax charges for orders outside UK.

USA Orders – Tariffs

Please note that tariffs currently apply to all orders shipped to the USA.

The tariff is not included in the product price or shipping cost. It is charged separately by U.S. Customs after your order has been dispatched and is typically around 32% of the total order value. Keep in mind this percantage can flactuate from time to time and please check this with local customs. Unfortunately, this charge is completely outside of my control.

After you place your order, I will email you to remind you about the tariff and confirm that you are happy to continue with your order before it is dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the customs payment provider (currently Mark3, although this provider may change) containing a payment link for your tariff charge. This payment link is only valid for a limited time, usually around 7 days.

Once the tariff has been paid, U.S. Customs will release your parcel for delivery.

If the tariff is not paid before the payment link expires, your parcel will be returned to the UK. Unfortunately, this will result in additional shipping charges to resend your order.

Please make sure you check your email, including your spam/junk folder, and pay the tariff promptly to avoid delays or extra costs.
